-
I ask new clients to commit to at least one month of weekly meetings to help establish a rapport, develop trust, and lay a solid foundation from which we will work towards your personal goals. After the first month, we will decide together how to continue our course of treatment, but most clients benefit most by coming in at least once a week.

-
Individual sessions range from 50-55 minutes. I often recommend that families plan to spend 90 minutes in session to address both social/emotional work and psychoeducational work.
-

I understand that things come up and sometimes you can’t make your appointment. I require 24-hour notice to avoid being billed for the full session.
